About This Event

In this hands-on class, taught by master baker Jodi Leynse of Blue Hive Bakery, you’ll learn the choux dough-making process and how to pipe both cream puffs and éclairs. Then we’ll whip up silky vanilla pastry cream and a glossy chocolate glaze to fill and decorate your own batch to take home. No experience needed.
