Organizer accounts allow businesses and individuals to manage their events. Organizers are responsible for the accuracy of their event information and for honoring any commitments made through their listings.

Organizer accounts may be suspended for misuse, inaccurate information, or violations of these terms.

Featured and Sponsored listings are paid promotional placements. Payment for promotions does not guarantee approval of the underlying event. All events must meet our content guidelines regardless of listing type.

You may not submit false, misleading, illegal, or offensive content. Prohibited events include those promoting illegal activities, hate speech, adult content, or fraudulent schemes.

The Side Quest Utah name, logo, and website design are our intellectual property. Event images and content remain the property of their respective organizers.

Event information is provided by organizers and may change without notice. We are not responsible for canceled, rescheduled, or misrepresented events. Always verify details with the organizer before attending.

Side Quest Utah is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for damages arising from your use of the service or attendance at any listed event.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah, USA.

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
