Side Quest Utah gives you a public event page, mobile checkout, and QR scanning that works on any phone. Volunteers check people in with no special hardware — just the phones they already carry.

Note: Side Quest Utah processes ticket purchases, not donations. Ticket sales revenue is shown in your dashboard, but Side Quest does not issue donation receipts or handle tax-deductible contributions.

How Fundraiser Ticketing Works

Step 1

Create your fundraiser event

Set the date, location, and description. Add an image so your event page looks professional when you share it.

Step 2

Set up tickets

Create paid tickets, free RSVP tickets, or both. Each ticket type has its own price and quantity.

Step 3

Share the link

Your fundraiser gets its own URL. Share it by email, social media, text message, or your website.

Step 4

Check people in

Volunteers open Check-In Pro on their phones and scan QR codes or search by name at the door.
